Who We Are

David Buirs and Anouk Benders are passionate leadership coaches with extensive experience in team coaching, leadership development, and personal growth. We’ve both worked with leaders at various stages of their journey, helping them navigate the complexities of leading people and teams.

Our Unique Method

What sets us apart is the unique method we’ve developed, based on the four elements: water, fire, wind, and earth. Each element represents different aspect of leadership, and through our retreat, we help participants translate these elements into practical leadership skills. This approach allows for a deeper, more holistic understanding of oneself as a leader, blending both personal and professional growth. And we go beyond theory, we let you experience the model, and we’ll be working with the actual elements too!
